Agents we ship handle the routine loop. A person signs before a file is sent or a record is written. They also sign when the agent is unsure. Every action is written down.
Human sign-off
The agent drafts. A clinician reads the note before it hits the chart. On a short shipment, the buyer confirms before the PO is closed. Two records that do not match wait for a person.
Logs
Each run leaves a record of what the agent saw, what it did, and who approved an exception. You keep those logs with the rest of the work we hand over.
Where work runs
We pick the cheapest setup that does the job properly. When your environment can host the agent, we prefer that. Access is limited to the people on the job and revoked when the job ends.
Your assets
You keep the code and the models. We do not train public models on your production data. Credentials stay in your control.
