What we collect
When you send a review, we receive the answers you type, plus your name and email if you give them. Booking a call sends us the time you picked and the contact details you enter there. Email to us includes whatever you write in the message.
The site may store a small amount of technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the pages working.
Why we use it
We use that information to reply, to scope a first agent, and to run the call you booked. We do not sell it.
Who else sees it
A form host processes the review. A scheduling host processes the booking. Those companies act on their own terms. We share project details with people on the job at Aiwanfo, and with a host you approve if the agent runs in your environment.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records stay until the conversation ends or you ask us to delete them. Project files follow the handoff. You keep the code and the models from a finished job.
