Aiwanfo builds custom apps and agents for small and growing businesses in the United States and in West Africa.
We sit with one team until the path of a job is visible, then we build the app they work in. On what came in, the agent reads that team's rules and writes the draft that should go out, and someone on the team hits Approve so a send waits on them.
I grew up in my family's heavy-equipment business. They sell machines and parts, and technicians go out on hire, so the yard was the first operation I watched up close.
In 2019 I started eQuipfy, a dealer for foreign-used construction and heavy equipment in West Africa, and Mayowa and Toluwani built it with me at Ovabor Labs. WhatsApp carried the work until 2021, when we moved it onto its own platform.
When a machine comes in, an inspector goes over it while software reads the engine and writes a condition report next to the inspector's before the unit hits the yard, which is also where tampered hours show up. After the sale a part and a technician have to follow or the machine sits idle on a site.
The software reads the diagnostic next to the inspector's report and matches a machine to a job. It also chases the part.
A hospital team asked us to sit with them the same way. I worked overnight on that ward, and we built Psykick from the room, which drafts notes and prepares insurance paperwork. We sat with each team until the files matched how they worked, and we still do that as Aiwanfo with shops in the United States and in West Africa.
